The SU-152 was a self propelled artillery vehicle used by the russians between 1943 and 1945.
The vehicle was manned by a crew of 4 and was 3.26 metres wide, 6.95 metres long, 2.65 metres high and weighed 44 tonnes.
Powered by a 520hp petrol engine the SU-152 was capable of a road speed of 27mph and a cross country speed of 15mph. The SU-152 had a road range of 112 miles
Based on the sp gun chassis, the vehicle was armed with a 152mm Howitzer M-10 L/25 with a muzzle velocity of 508m/sec which was capable of penetrating 92mm of armour at 800metres |
