The PzKpfw II Ausf Jalso known as Panzer II was a light tank , 22 of which were used by the germans between 1941 and 1945. The vehicle was manned by a crew of 3 and was 2.38 metres wide, 4.24 metres long, 2.05 metres high and weighed 18 tonnes. Powered by a 140hp petrol engine the PzKpfw II Ausf J was capable of a road speed of 19mph and a cross country speed of 8mph. The PzKpfw II Ausf J had a road range of 100 miles Based on the pzkpfw ii chassis, the vehicle was armed with 1 light machine gun, a 2.0cm Kwk 38 L/55 with a muzzle velocity of 899m/sec which was capable of penetrating 18mm of armour at 800metres
