Cruiser Mk III (A13)

The Cruiser Mk III (A13) was a cruiser tank , 66 of which were used by the british between 1938 and 1939.

Powered by a 340hp petrol engine the Cruiser Mk III (A13) was capable of a road speed of 30mph and a cross country speed of 15mph. The 90 gallon fuel capacity gave the Cruiser Mk III (A13) a road range of 127 miles

Based on the cruiser tank chassis, the vehicle was armed with 1 light machine gun, a Ordnance Q.F. 2pdr with a muzzle velocity of 792m/sec which was capable of penetrating 47mm of armour at 800metres
